      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you ring 0800 800 151. You should get a prompt asking which number you are calling about. That will normally fail if you are calling from your own line, and are a BT customer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Calling from another non BT line, or from a phone box, should give the prompt for the number, but things may have changed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just tried to report a faulty third party landline phone (BT) - trying both 0800 800 151 &amp;amp; 0330 1234 150 - and there was nothing in the information-gathering process to indicate that they could handle third party phone problems.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The landline users/subcribers in question have already reported the line as faulty to BT, possibly a couple of weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
