    <description>We need more details than you have provided with just a heading:&lt;BR /&gt;-- Is your answer machine (a) standalone or (b) part of of your telephone?&lt;BR /&gt;-- if (b), is it plugged into the green socket on your Smarthub2?&lt;BR /&gt;-- If (a) how is it connected to the SH2?&lt;BR /&gt;-- How many rings is your answer machine set to, before it answers?&lt;BR /&gt;-- How many rings is the DV answering service set to before it answers? (You can change this by keying 1571 and following the menus)&lt;BR /&gt;-- If your answering machine is set to a greater number of rings than your DV answering service is set to, then your answering machine won't ever answer any calls.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
