New Package has excluded Privacy at Home & Privacy Caller Display

I have renewed my broadband to to take effect when my current contract expires. The only change is moving from 700 minutes to unlimited minutes

I have just noticed that the New Add-Ons exclude

which are currently in my existing Add-Ons.

Can anyone think of a reason why the existing Add-Ons are not moving across to the New Add-Ons?

Caller Display has to be added manually, once you are on BT Digital Voice.
