    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;BR /&gt;I have been migrated to Digital Voice and have a landline and 2 BT PREMIUM HANDSETS.&lt;BR /&gt;I have plugged one of the BT PREMIUM HANDSET into the back of the router - green socket.&lt;BR /&gt;However:-&lt;BR /&gt;1. No dialing tone.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Unable to make calls.&amp;nbsp; Try to dial and get LINE IN USE - CALLS CANNOT BE MADE.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Phone inwards from my mobile and the phone rings once and my mobile number can be seen on the BT PREMIUM HANDSET screen but cannot answer the call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help with a solution so I can use my landline?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did the advice &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/82387"&gt;@jac_95&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; provided help you with the phone not being able to make and receive calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you reset SH2 after digital voice activated.&amp;nbsp; you can check activation of DV in hub manager&lt;/P&gt;
