&lt;P&gt;I've taken a look into this one, and from what I can see there isn't any means of disabling 1471 and its call back option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is a standardised option as part of your phone service, but depending on the model of phone your relative is using there may be number blocking built in that you can enable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend reaching out to our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/landline" target="_blank"&gt;customer care team&lt;/A&gt;, and they'll be able to take a look and ensure we've looked at every option we can here.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I block my dementia suffering relative from dialling 1471 and pressing 3. She's done this 91 times since Friday. I phoned bt and they say the can't&amp;nbsp; do anything to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Than you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
