    <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s impossible to tell just by looking at the number , numbers are portable and can be moved between different mobile companies, so even if a number were originally issued by BT , there is no way to know (without consulting the person who ‘owns’ the number ) if they are still using BT or have switched to another mobile company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
