Pay as you go landline - new phone number and international freedom

Hello,

In autumn we changed our old BT landline to Digital Voice without problems. A couple of weeks, we changed our BT Broadband from Halo 2 to Halo 3. Since we hardly use our landline these days, we also opted for a pay-as-you go tariff. All is working fine.

Today we received our first bill. Online this bill states that we have a pay-as-you-go number starting 0131 (the phone number that we had for ages) and one pay-as-you-go number starting 0331 (which seems to be a new one).

Does anyone know why we seem to have two phone numbers now? NB: The PDF of the bill still shows our 0131 number as the landline number.

On a related note, we also always had the international freedom add-on, which is now registered to the 0331 number as well as per the online bill. We would like to cancel this add-on but there is no way to do this online, I can only change digital voice features. Do I need to call 150 to get this add-on removed?

the 0331 number was to do with the DV switchover and can be ignored.

you can try contacting billing to remove your international freedom add on
