      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed my broadband provider and kept my landline. &amp;nbsp;My BT Advanced phone handsets quad keeps coming up with messages as below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp; Outgoing call not possible. &amp;nbsp;Call blocking is dealing with an incoming call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp; There is a black rectangle box with handset icon x Full on the screen all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp; Gathering calls information Not currently available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Cannot open contacts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phone is not working at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a caller announcement on the phone also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; anyone help me please,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;if you have changed your broadband provider that they are also providing your ability to make calls from your home phone.&amp;nbsp; you need to contact your new ISP&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;were you previous on digital voice with BT?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
