In call Options not working

So my issue is this, since I swapped from Analog phone to IP phone, in call options for some services don't work, Like today I tried to call Shark for some parts says press option 2, yet it is not recognised. Yet I can call another service and it will work. Banks don't seem to work, Government services also seem to fail.

I'm going to guess you're using a DV adaptor? If so, plug your phone directly into the back of the hub and it should work. There is a firmware fix being rolled out that will resolve it eventually.

I have BT plug to RJ11 cable converter going in to the hub, is that what you mean?

My phone is a Panasonic KX-TGJ422E

Can you plug the phone directly into the back of the hub, without using the cable converter?
