      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am on Virgin&amp;nbsp; Media, &amp;amp; Broadband. My phone will plug in to my hub can make outbound calls, not inbound the phone does ring. Need my phone to work both ways.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Are you saying you already have digital voice, or that you've received notification that it is coming?&lt;BR /&gt;If the former, then to be able to plug your phone into the hub you must have a BT hub, not a Virgin one.&lt;BR /&gt;If the latter, you fall into the apparently small number of BT landline customers who don't get their broadband from BT as well. If that's the case, I think you'll need to contact BT to discuss your options. AFAIK BT has not yet decided how to deal with BT landline only customers who don't want to switch to BT broadband when DV is installed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The OP hasn’t really provided enough information to make a proper judgement, but &amp;nbsp;I suspect they were a BT customer ( otherwise why on earth would they post here ) and have now taken VM services and VM have supposedly ported their number number from BT , outgoing calls work OK &amp;nbsp;, but incoming calls don’t …if that the case it’s Virgin they need to be speaking to .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This makes little sense , if you had a BT landline service ( no BT broadband ) and Virgin were contacted by you to supply a new broadband only service that makes no difference to your BT service , so why are you plugging your phone into the Virgin router &amp;nbsp; , you didn’t even need to tell Virgin about your BT landline ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you did tell them about BT , and Virgin have told you to connect your phone to the Virgin router then , even if you didn’t &amp;nbsp;realise it , Virgin are now responsible for your telephone not BT , unless you were having 2 phone numbers , the original BT one remaining as it was , and an extra number from Virgin , accessed via the Virgin router&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;‘If you didn’t tell Virgin to port the number from BT , it &amp;nbsp;makes no sense how your BT service was affected.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you get a sorry to see you leave communication from BT , if you did , Virgin effectively ceased your BT landline on your behalf , as stated , if your incoming calls don’t come through your Virgin router ( but should ) that’s got nothing to do with BT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
