essentils digital home phone alarm

I have set my phone alarm to ring at 19:00 daily, but it only rings one day. Do I have to reset it every day like an alarm clock?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

I've had a check and it definitely mentions this as an option in the description of Reminder Call, but the corresponding device guide doesn't explicitly explain how to set this up.

I'll get this double checked, but just one thing to be aware of is that this service is charged outside your inclusive minutes.

If you're looking for a regular alarm, there may be cheaper options out there to look into.

Thank you for your answer. Page 27 of the guide reads like the alarm can be set like a normal alarm clock. If this is not so then I don't want it and there is no need to take this any further.

I assumed that you were referring to the Reminder Call feature that I linked above, but what you're describing may be a feature specific to the handset you're using.

Please feel free to share a screenshot of the page you're referring to if you're unsure.

It took me a while to figure out how to add an image. It will be interesting to see if it works.

Thanks for sharing those @IS17.

From what you've shared it sounds like this is a built in alarm feature for this particular model of handset rather than a direct calling feature.

If no option is mentioned within the instructions around setting a recurring alarm, then it looks like this won't be an option I'm afraid.
