A phone line was put up that crosses my and several neighbours gardens. It is as such a height that I can see it from any seat in my lounge. I think this is unreasonable. Is there anything I can do about this. I do understand that I cannot stop the line crossing my garden as the garden did not need to be accessed to do this but I think it should be above the height or very near the height of my building. I live on the top floor in a flat that consists of two flats above a garage. Thank you

There is a minimum height, I believe it is about 3.7m that Openreach, not BT, have to comply with. If they are at or above that height there is nothing you can do about them passing your window at eyelevel.

Can you imagine how high the cables would need to be as they passed the windows of a multi-storey block of flats!
