So far the qr code doesn't work Impossible to speak to BT, ironic as the business is communication .

They have cancelled the order 4 times so far !! Anyone able to help ?

Are you sure you actually need an adapter? They are only required if you need a socket for a corded phone at a different location to the hub.

If you have cordless phones, they are not required, the base station plugs into the green socket at the rear of the hub.

@Alawre22 Just to say I texted ADAPTER to 61998 on the 2nd May after reading this thread and it arrived today.
