      <title>Landline not working.  HELP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline has gone completely dead this morning,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i keep trying to report a fault but every online or text help wants the number with fault, then say they will call us back, but how can they went there is a fault - loody stupid.&amp;nbsp; i have tried to give my mobile for then to respond to on but they wont accept a mobile for a landline fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how am i ment to get this sorted.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; please help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; is there a number i can speak to a person on that can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
