      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anybody else lost internet and landline after plugging in to BT's "new and improved" digital voice? Its broken my hub &amp;amp; BT now have no contact with any human in dealing with faults - just text after circular text. Just AI robots ...... USwitch beckons .....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;moving to DV should have no effect on your internet connection.&amp;nbsp; do your have FTTC fibre to cab and copper to home or FTTP fibre to home?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
