Need a adaptor so can connect my house phone to work x
Can't receive incoming calls or outgoing calls at all x

Have you been converted to Digital Voice?

Have you plugged your phone into the green socket at the rear of the hub?

This is a customer to customer forum - you're not talking with BT. None of us can supply you with a "free adapter" .
Do you have a BT Smarthub 2 and have been migrated to digital voice? If not, an adapter (free or otherwise) will be of no use to you.
