      <title>Digital Voice Migration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to contact BT (without any success) on behalf of my elderly father so I can be the nominated point of contact for his switchover to BT Digital Voice. &amp;nbsp;He has a tele care system in his home too that I need to make sure will work. &amp;nbsp;He is being migrated within the next 30 days apparently. &amp;nbsp;Dialling 0330 1234 150 gets me stuck into a cycle of text messages and clicking on options that are not relevant to Digital Voice. &amp;nbsp;The URLs sent with the documentation do not allow me to make contact with a human being to discuss requirements. &amp;nbsp;The Chat Bot is of no help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone from BT please reach out to discuss further if possible. I have wasted over 90 minutes trying to find ways to get in touch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the slight rant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>"Can someone from BT please reach out to discuss further if possible."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a customer to customer forum so, apart from the Moderators (who have no access to customer accounts), no-one at BT is observing this request.&lt;BR /&gt;Although you say the ChatBot is no use, I would persevere with it - a number of people (including myself) have eventually got in touch with a helpful agent who has dealt effectively with their issue.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chrisjp,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for taking the time to respond. I shall try and persevere. All I wanted was a quick chat to a human being. I work in technology and the User Experience and Customer Experience is not the best from BT here. I’d give a net promoter score (NPS) of 4/10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How my 85 yr old father was meant to deal with this on his own beggars belief.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It also depends on what time of day you called. Apparently but not tried it myself going to option 1 then option 1 and finally option 5 will get you to a person.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So that's&amp;nbsp;0330 1234 150&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then option 1&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then option 1 again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then option 5&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
