Advanced Digital Home Phone problem

I have an Advanced Digital Home Phone and when an incoming call occurs, the display shows up who it is if the number is on my contacts list.

Recently it has stopped doing this and simply shows unknown number on the display.

I reprogrammed my contacts list in the hope that this would solve the problem but it has not.

Can anybody suggest what the problem is and how it can be solved.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

Is your phone connected to the back of the router? Have you tried restarting the router to see if that helps at all?
