      <title>CHANGE TO DIGTAL VOICE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just switched to Digital Voice.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I was told my existing BT advanced 090639 phone would still work the same way.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Whilst I can make calls, incoming calls are now screened and have to go through the verification process.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The number of that incoming call does not then show in the recent calls list and just shows as “no number”.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The callers are added as Contacts and would normally come straight through but now don’t.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Anyone else had this issue?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions to fix would be welcome.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you. It did show as being active but allowed me to run through the add on process again at £0.00 cost. I can now see the incoming calls correctly.</description>
