Caller ring

No sound on digital phone including caller ring and touch tone although everything set up correct

That's an issue with the phone you're using...you'll need to add more info about the phone and model number etc if you want someone to offer some advice

All I can see on the phone is HD VOICE, I have two handsets, the other one works fine.

Making a bit of a guess here but if you press and hold the * key that might turn the ringer back on?

Hi @phil4227

Which model handset do you have? Have you tried switching it off at the socket, then switching it back on again? It may also be worth restarting your router to see if that helps.

Advised by manufacturers to reboot by taking the batteries out for 20 mins before putting back and give it time to restart…..it worked.
