    <description>&lt;P&gt;Business line switched from traditional line to digital line, cannot receive any incoming calls for whole week so far. I kept calling BT business every day, always ask me to wait to active. It is really frustrating as it is business line. Anyone know how can reach any team that actually can help me to solve the problem? Thanks a lot!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
