BT Digital Voice Adaptor - yellow flashing light

I've just implemented the new BT Digital Voice Adaptor, plugged it in and connected the landline to it

If I call my landline from my mobile, I get the ringing tone on the mobile but my landline is silent.

If I try to call from my landline, I get the engaged tone

I've tried restarting the router. If I use the other landline phone in our house, the result is the same.

My landline phones are Panasonics, less than 2 years old, which worked fine when I last used then 2-3 days ago.

Any ideas?

do your phones work as expected when connected to the green socket on the back of the BT SH2?

from other forum posts ca you try connecting old style filter to the adapter and that has helped others

Simple question. Did you first pair the Adapter with the Smart Hub 2? I assume you did.
