    <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought this phone &amp;nbsp;and subscribed to Voicemail but green button does not light up &amp;nbsp;to alert you to messages. &amp;nbsp;Spent ages on chat on Saturday and they gave me a number to ring on Monday to have the phone replaced. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried to return the phone but spent hours yesterday getting sent from post to pillar with no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought the phone from BT website but actually it sent me to EE site to buy and pay for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Returns page does not tell you what to do with a phone only has provision for mobile and broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT send me to technical services, the number underneath the phone and ai returned there three times yesterday to the same girl who could not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried 150 and emailing. &amp;nbsp;EE say I must have an SO number to return the phone. &amp;nbsp;Order number on email from them has no SO anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a simple fix for the green light to illuminate when a message is received?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Messages are getting through and the dialling tone changes but as this phone is for my 94 year old mother, she needs the visual alert.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i would be grateful for help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;According to P.14 of the &lt;A href="https://www.shop.bt.com/content/uni2/documentation/7ss3/big_button_200_ug_[10].pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;manual&lt;/A&gt;, there's at least a two minute delay between leaving a message &amp;amp; the LED lighting. Could that be the issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you still want to return, try &lt;A href="https://store.ee.co.uk/help/returns-and-refunds/how-do-i-arrange-a-return/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;. Sounds like you may be getting (understandably) mixed up between the EE Shop, which sells mobiles &amp;amp; broadband &amp;amp; the EE Store, which sells other hardware such as your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The green light doesn’t light up after message received at any point unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the link you gave and found the returns page but then the account I set up yesterday didn’t recognise the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;bought the phone via BT but did end up on EE somehow to pay for &amp;nbsp;it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am &amp;nbsp;abandoning all hope of ever contacting anyone who can help at either BT or EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s not worth the hassle for a cheap phone but next time I will go elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
