    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you get an email from BT about a bill whcih I do each month on one account I think it gives a link to click on the email to access your account. For my other account I get a posted bill and use that as the prompt to log in and pay as that one is not on standing order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Accessing landline bt bills - How to do this as it is impossible</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot appear to access my normal BT landline bill or even historic bills. How can i do this easily without having to call BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
