    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you still have the BT hub and if so just connect it to power no need for internet and see if phone will re-connect back to BT hub.&amp;nbsp; If so then un-pair from BT and then pair with EE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Digital Voice Handset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT supplied handset was working&amp;nbsp; but since migrating to EE it has stopped and just says to connect to hub by pushing WPS button. This it fails to do. Any suggestions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you using a different hub now with EE?&amp;nbsp; if so you need to unpair the phone from the old BT hub and then re-pair with new EE router&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you try&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting a BT Digital Voice Handset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press the left option button: on the phone to bring up the phone's menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the navigation buttons: to scroll to and select Settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll down: to the Reset option and press Select.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select the option to Reset handset: or similar, which will perform a factory reset on the handset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Had previously tried unplugging from mains&amp;nbsp; leaving off charge. Would take out battery&amp;nbsp; but cannot find way into casing.&amp;nbsp; I'm&amp;nbsp; all out of ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
