    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've been trying to "Mange our calling features" to reduce our calling plan, &amp;amp; since being switched to DV &amp;amp; also get rid of the BT answering service they're still charging us for with little success.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3 different PC's/ Tablets,&amp;nbsp; 3 operating systems, &amp;amp; 6 different browsers haven't helped&amp;nbsp; anyone else suffering the same problem - error screenshot as below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unless anyone can suggest another link/work around it looks like I'll have to call C/S on 0330 1234 150&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- I suppose "It's good to talk" as they used to tell us in the adverts......&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="BT Manage calling features Fault Screenshot_2025-11-04_17-57-31.jpg" style="width: 912px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/87175i8ABDF8D83121661C/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="BT Manage calling features Fault Screenshot_2025-11-04_17-57-31.jpg" alt="BT Manage calling features Fault Screenshot_2025-11-04_17-57-31.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I would recommend&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/landline" target="_blank"&gt; calling or messaging us&lt;/A&gt; when you can.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
