999 Not working on VoiP

Hi,

I had to dial 999 but my VOIP phone did nothing. It's a standard BT phone plugged into the Hub and it works fine for all other calls.

I used my mobile which connected straight away. That uses Wifi calling and worked perfectly.

The wifi was fine as the mobile cuts out if try and make calls on it without wifi calling here.

The wifi was also confirmed as fine, as I was able to use the internet.

So why did 999 just do nothing?

That sounds really unusual, I'm glad to hear you were able to make the call from your mobile. I'm going to send you a private message so that I can get some information from you and take a look into what's happening here.
