Line repair for vulnerable elderly

Does anyone know a number I can escalate a line repair for my 97 year old father ?

His line, which has is Carecall on has failed again, twice in 2 years.

put a complaint in go try this https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/complaints dont know if this will do ive never used it

Is your father registered with BT as a vulnerable person?

If not you should have a read through the following links and register him.

As regards his Care Call, have you reported a fault regarding it?
