The OP sates they don’t currently don’t have a broadband service (and presumably no standalone telephone service either ) from BT , so this has nothing to do with BT .

Openreach won’t be interested as it’s not a working ‘line’ , should you order service ( from whoever you choose to use , that’s probably not BT anyway ) , and assuming there is no Openreach FTTP available in your area , then the socket gets replaced or relocated as part of an installation or early life failure via whoever your chose as the service provider , them in effect them liaising with Openreach, but only when you have made an order for service, not before.

How do I replace a broadband socket, and have it moved after recent flooding?

After a recent flooding the socket is flooded, and needs replacement and moving, I don’t currently have a broadband service as moved out. Would BT do this ?

DL

The master phone socket would be Openreach’s responsibility. Openreach don’t deal directly with the public so, assuming you are a BT customer, you would need to phone it into customer support. They will pass it on to Openreach. If you are not a BT customer, you need to contact your ISP.

Any internal extension sockets are your responsibility.
