    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I was migrated to Digital Voice on 12th February. Landline only, no broadband. Since then I've not been able to access anything on the app or My BT.&amp;nbsp; It only shows billing. On speaking with BT today they say the app and website only shows billing now. Whereas before I could access Call Protect, last 20 numbers, Do not disturb times etc. Everything has to be done via the handset. Used to be able to specify do not disturb days and times etc.&amp;nbsp; The BT website states you can access the functions via the BT Portal. Please can someone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/bt-plc/assets/documents/special-services/pdpl-wholesale-faq.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.bt.com/bt-plc/assets/documents/special-services/pdpl-wholesale-faq.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Section on what a PDPL does and doesn’t support , you don’t have BT Digital Voice as you don’t have &amp;nbsp;BT broadband, you have a pre digital phone line , a stop gap product to allow customers such as yourself to maintain a basic telephone service without broadband .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Your only ‘right’ is to a basic telephone service, and that’s what has been supplied, it has never been claimed to be directly comparable &amp;nbsp;replacement for PSTN service or have the &amp;nbsp;equivalent functionality of Digital Voice ….basically as long as it works for making and receiving telephone calls , that’s BT’s fulfilling it’s obligation to you .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that means there are some features you enjoyed on the previous system are no longer available , that’s unfortunate, but as they were free , no longer supplying them is no cause for complaint.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
