&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can only have one email address linked to each account/BTID. If you speak with our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Support team&lt;/A&gt; again, they'll be able to make sure the correct email address is linked to each account so that you can access them both.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>After accepting manage 2nd account original account marked as inactive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set myself up to be able to manage my mother's BT account via the invitation link on her account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that I have accepted the invitation my account is marked as inactive, and her account is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need access to both, how do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I phoned the helpline and they told me that a BT Id could only be registered with a single account, which doesn't seem correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if I select the active account and navigate to the 'Account Details' link the page loads and then redirects me back to the MyBT Home page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
