    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had BT Full Fibre and Digital Voice working well for several years with the BT Smart Hub 2. However, the automatic 2 week reboot has become increasingly problematic for my use case. I've forced a reboot overnight so the automatic reboot occurs overnight (not always), but it's still an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot use a third party router alone due to Digital Voice, and adding one downstream doesn't prevent the automatic rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read online that the EE hubs work on BT connections with Digital Voice. It also appears that these do not perform the automatic reboot. So I purchased a new Smart Hub Plus (SH32B) and paired a new spare digital phone handset to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Internet works fine but Digital Voice doesn't. The (new) handset is correctly paired, but there is no dial tone and instead I get an automated message indicating that Digital Voice is not active but no helpful information as to why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Web interface for the Smart Hub Plus shows "Not configured" in the Digital Voice section while "Broadband connection status" is "Connected".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've left it on for more than 24 hours and rebooting doesn't help either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a few days I switched back to the Smart Hub 2 and Digital Voice worked again with the originally paired phone. Then later I switched back to the EE Smart Hub Plus and newly paired phone, no Digital Voice again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it the case that these EE hubs are not fully compatible with BT connections, as there doesn't seem to be any official documentation regarding this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd appreciate any insights you have, or any other ideas as to how to avoid this 2 week reboot while keeping Digital Voice. I'm happy to buy any equipment necessary to acheive this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 2 week reboot is not universal, I've never experienced it neither have many others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure whether it is the hub or something else for those that experience it. Might be worth trying a different SH2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/349556"&gt;@cbrown&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not read any post on the forum where the '2 week hub reboot' happened with FTTP connections.&amp;nbsp; All the posts were with adsl/vdsl connections and I had the problem for a short period and it just stopped without any help from me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/85653"&gt;@licquorice&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I'm aware it's not universal, but I've had the issue since day one (2022).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a spare SH2 and I tried it a while back - it still does the rebooting. Which is why I'm now trying EE hubs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33"&gt;@imjolly&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've seen plenty of examples of the 2 week reboot occuring with FTTP connections on the SH2. In my case it's always done it since the original install in 2022.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you are on FTTP and not fibre to cabinet and copper to home do the lights of the ONT (fibre modem)remain green or do any go red? which ones&lt;/P&gt;</description>
