have you checked your phone's call setting to see if you are blocking incoming calls. have you tried a reset of your phone? what have you tried? type of phone?

have you just moved to DV? are you getting the calls just caller id withheld?? if so phone CS 03301234150 and get caller ID turned back on

Bt digital. Cannot find in settings block incoming calls. If you reset doyou have to input all your contacts again. Thanks. It all went wrong when switched to btee

Do you mean you have BT Digital voice handsets that connect directly to the hub via DECT or do you mean you have Digital Voice service with third party (or BT) normal cordless (DECT) handsets with the base plugged into the green socket of the hub.

Is caller display activated?

After contacting EE for the 4th time got somebody who knew what they were doing .Finally got caller id back. Thanks .
