    <description>&lt;P&gt;0800 800 151 is probably the best number to use in your circumstances as presumably you will be calling from an unrelated telephone number .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i do not own a mobile or have internet. I got note of an upgrade a while back but heard nothing since. My brother has told me he&amp;nbsp; been trying to phone me but it is ringing out with no answer. I do not hear him calling as phone is not ringing. I changed the batteries but still not ringing , indeed when i pic the phone up the line is dead even though there are numbers on phone screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not know what to do now . My brother brought his phone over and plugged it into my socket with the same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone direct me as to what to do. I am using my brothers pc to write this as i have never had internet or a mobile phone but now feel isolated as i have no way to contact anyone when i am at home&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify, it’s BT you pay for your phone service ?&lt;BR /&gt;If you don’t normally have internet access , perhaps you won’t see this reply &amp;nbsp;, but you need to report your service faulty to your provider , it may be coincidental that your service has gone faulty after you were advised a change to the way the phone service is to be provided is coming, or may be to do with the upgrade to a PDPL (pre digital phone line ) ,either way to get it repaired you need to let your provider know it’s not working .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes it is bt i pay for my phone line,i have been a customer for 50 years...so is there a specific number i call to report faults? Will it be on the back of a bill? And you think it may be co incidental that an up grade is happening and my phone has went dead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As i said i have no internet connection/modem or mobile phone. This is my brothers pc i am using just no&lt;/P&gt;</description>
