It may be a sudden compatibility issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have access to a wired-handset that you could test in the back of the router?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried a full reset of the router hub?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If those steps don't resolve you're issue, you'd need to call Customer Service who can diagnose the hub and replace if needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Phone not ringing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My dad’s home phone (set up for digital voice) has started ringing once and then going straight to voicemail. It started doing it when I was abroad and my dad swears he’s done nothing to it. I’ve checked and apparently there is no call forwarding or divert turned on - has anyone experienced anything similar? I’ve gone through troubleshooting and line checks, but apparently no issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>
