Converted to BT home phone standard now can't login to my account

HELP! I was converted to BT home phone standard but now I can't login to my BT phone account.

I use the normal login but it now says BT wants to check my email address, it sends a code to my email but no code ever shows up so I am in a loop. I can supply more detail if a rep can pick this up please ?

Try phoning CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help you

As 'Home Phone Standard' is for those without broadband, I think BT assume that customers on it won't need an online BT account (even if they had one previously). Think this has been posted before.

Thanks Tim123, I did call repair and they fixed it, I now have access. I expect they only add accounts that get complained about.
