&lt;P&gt;I’m sorry to hear the overnight calls are disturbing your sleep. That sounds really stressful, especially when you still need to keep the line available for family. If you aren’t able to connect to the service or manage the settings, I’d recommend &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt" target="_blank"&gt;getting in touch with our customer support team&lt;/A&gt;. They’ll be able to check the SMS Text options and help further.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Trying to disable SMS to voice on my digital voice landline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting woken up in the middle of the night by texts being sent to my digital voice landline.&amp;nbsp; I have the phones in DND mode overnight but the automated service that calls from BT to read the SMS messages to me can somehow bypass the DND.&amp;nbsp; I have been trying and trying to call&amp;nbsp;0800 587 5252 to as advised on the BT website/Google and that number gives me the do do DOOOO noise and says this number cannot be connected.&amp;nbsp; I am desperate- I'm having to turn my phones OFF at night which is not great because I do have some family that might need to reach me for an emergency overnight.&amp;nbsp; Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated- thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just battled this very problem.&amp;nbsp; I have digital voice with an analogue phone plugged into the back of the router and also have a cordless digital voice handset. I tried ringing the 0800 number form both phones and on each occasion&amp;nbsp; received the same message as you. I then tried dialling the 0800 number from the digital handset when the analogue phone was in use. Guess what. The 0800 number answered and I went through the all gating procedure. Turning it off is the very last option (presss 5 I believe). All this after at least an hour on the phone to BT customer service on two occasions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
