Moving voice line number to broadband/DV line

I have two lines in my house on separate accounts, for historic reasons. One is for in/out voice calls only & is the home phone number. The other is for broadband & TV, with a Smart Hub 2, that has been converted to Digital Voice though it is not used for voice calls. I would like to consolidate the two into one, keeping the first home phone number. The logical thing to do would be to move the home phone number to the broadband/DV line and just use that for everything, closing the first account (& save issues around converting the voice line to DV at some point in future).

Can that be done & if so, how, please?

@paulw20There is no good reason it can't be done but you will need to talk to BT, the cost may be dependent on whether you are "in contract" on either line.
