Digital Voice Handset

I had the Digital Voice equipment postcard through the door today. When I go to bt.com/dvequipment and enter my home phone number it says that code is already being used.

Any ideas how I can get a code? I've also tried texting the 61998 number and nothing comes back.

I would happily give up any landline, other than I can't get my elderly parents to ring my mobile number!

Try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and should be able to order your DV phone

I've managed to resolve the issue. I re-clicked on 'Check' after being told that my phone number has already been used and it brought up a code which I've now used in the shop.
