BT DIGITAL VOICE HD PHONE

Is there a way to make the backlight to the screen on my BY HD phone stay on when the phone is sitting on the charging base please? The screen is black and the time or missed calls cannot be seen when sitting on the charging base, which is not very usefully. I’ve checked all the settings and can’t seem to find one to turn it on, unless I’m missing something.

Don't the green and red backlights on the relative call and call ended buttons remain on when a call has been missed?

just tried it and no they go out when alexa phone goes back to stand-by

Phone Settings/Display/Screen Saver - turn on and Save?

Thanks but tried turning screen saver on and off and screen goes black with both settings after 30 secs.

try going to menu then phone settings then 1571 setting then turn on alert tone and LED.

did that then left a message my phone is now beeping and the voicemail symbol is green

Thanks that does at least leave a bleep when there is a voice message but backlight still goes out so nothing to indicate a missed call.
