BT HD phone won’t turn on

Hi all,

hopefully someone can help.

we have a new but he digital phone and despite checking and changing batteries it still doesn’t t show any signs of life.

when I take batteries our and put back it beeps/flashes twice and then off again

any ideas?

Is this a new phone for Digital Voice or just a new phone for existing copper. Connection? Which model of phone?

i should also say that it was working but then seemed to stop as though the batteries ran out of charge but that was in just a few days

Sounds like maybe the charger has failed or become disconnected. Not being familiar with that model does it show any sign of charging?

Di you charge the phone for the recommended 16 hours before initial use?

Have you tried replacing the batteries and charging?

If you can take out the existing batteries then as a test you can insert ordinary batteries and see if that powers up the phone just make sure your remove these batteries and replace with rechargeable before putting on charger

Hi, yes tried that and still same

guess I need to contact Bt now for a replacement

as that has not worked then phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and ask for a replacement
