Caller ID not working with Alexa Digital Voice

Can anyone tell me how to get caller display working with the new digital voice Alexa BT phone that we received when moving over to fibre. Caller display/id worked perfectly before the move. I have tried removing from my call options online and adding back in but it doesn’t work.
