How do I access the record of incoming call phone numbers

You can`t unless you have a call logger, or your phone has the ability to view the incoming calls list.

If you have digital voice and a DV phone then it will show list of incoming calls or you can go to MYBT and call protect and it will list incoming calls

@stockdalecarina as @imjolly says however you don't need a DV phone I can see the list and do not have a DV phone however you do need to have changed to DV.

If you have Digital Voice

Log into MyBT and select Your Products and then Manage on Digital Voice.

Click on Manage on Call Protect under Your Digital Voice Features.

Scroll down to Your recent callers and click manage.

You can view your last 20 callers
