I’ve moving over to digital voice and been given a new number . Can I keep my old number ?

Are you an existing BT customer being moved to DV or are you switching to BT from another ISP. In either case did you ask to retain your number?

I was with EE , but my phone line is under BT.

My EE broadband ended so I’ve moved to Fibre.

Did the package you had wit EE for broadband include line rental which would be normal so you only had one bill for both from EE
