Digital Voice not free

So I recently accepted the offer of a new contract which included full fibre guarantee and digital voice at slightly less than I was paying. Sounded good but on switchover day no digital voice was provided. I raised a complaint and was told BT will implement the digital voice switchover. Great, but the new contract shows a one-off charge of £69.99 when the website says the new handset(s) are provided free of charge. This is all getting too difficult 😞

if you are moving to FTTP then phone the FTTP TEAM and they should be able to assist with charge 08005874787
