Error Message on BT Advanced Digital Home Phone with Alexa built-in

The repeated error message on the screen is "Unable to update you right now. We'll update you later."

If you try a manual update the phone states Checking for new Software -> Software Up to date

Is there a bug or a solution please

Have you tried going into phone menu and then select reset. You will have to set up phone again but see if the sorts out update
