I have recently got the BT Digital Voice Service...should I receive a free Digital Home Phone from BT? Its not clear anywhere

If you have been moved to digital voice BT were giving a free advanced phone or 2 essential phones or an adapter to use existing phone. Just phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and request your choice

If it won't accept your number or says its not eligible just try it again. If it still won't offer one call 0800.800.150 and ask for one.
