Vulnarability list

We have had our Landline off (no dialling tone) for the past week, this is a regular thing, we are both in our 80's with medical needs, we have no mobile reception, and no public transport. Is there a list we can be put on for breakdowns? Also where can I find list of times and dates we have been without service? Thanks Peter.

Not aware of any logs of outages unless you've reported faults each time, in which case you should be able to see faults here.

Hi, in the interim before you get added to any list can I suggest you get back on to BT (assuming they are your provider) and ask if they would raise your case as an emergency welfare.
