    <description>When I open Menu, I cannot navigate left or right, only up and down. I navigate down to Settings and select it, but cannot find Accessibility there.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just purchased a BT Premium Trio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has a peculiar quirk -- when I key in a number the display has a very large font size, only about five digits fill width of screen.&amp;nbsp; Is this how it is meant to be ?&amp;nbsp; I want to change it to use a more sensible font size, but can't find anything on the menues for this.&amp;nbsp; Can you help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp; Ken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go into Accessibility menu and you should be able to adjust it there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies, I misunderstood which phone you were referring to. If it's the BT 8600 you could try removing the batteries for a short while and/or a factory reset. Otherwise the helpline on 0800 145 6789 should be able to advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
