Are you saying that BT voice texts are voiced differenly on a DV phone than on a conventional analogue phone?

In other words, is the fault of BT voice texts or DV?

I wonder if a guru here could pass on this on to BT

When I receive a voiced text it is almost impossible to decipher in real time as, for instance, the number

44 1234 321 987

would be voiced as

“Four hundred and forty-one billion two hundred and thirty-four million three hundred and twenty-one thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven”

This is totally ridiculous and pretty much impossible to re-interpret without several listens and writing it out. Hard to believe a company whose sole purpose is delivering communication systems would do this

Thanks

It’s just this way on the DV phone. My last phone, which was also BT didn’t do this
